The HermesGEX plugin for MotiveWave draws the gamma flip, long/short gamma zones, call/put walls and a right-side per-strike distribution onto your candles. A single .jar bundles three studies — GEX, MBO depth and Big Trades 3D — behind one launcher authorization: authorize once in the browser and every study (and every duplicated chart) reuses it, with no repeat prompts.
Rival tools make you open a separate terminal just to see GEX. HermesGEX doesn't — it overlays institutional-grade gamma exposure, call/put walls and per-strike distribution right on the chart you already trade on. Your execution, risk and data feed stay exactly where they are.

How to install
- 1Download and unzip (the combined GEX + MBO + Big Trades jar)
- 2Windows: quit MotiveWave, then run install.bat
- 3Mac: copy the jar to “~/MotiveWave Extensions” (delete old versions first)
- 4Launch MotiveWave → Add Study → “Hermēs · GEX Levels & Distribution”
- 5Sign in to Hermēs → click “Authorize” (once per process)

Frequently asked questions
Do I have to authorize each MotiveWave study separately?
No. GEX, MBO and Big Trades 3D live in one jar behind a launcher: authorize once when you add any study, and every study and chart reuses it.
Does it work on both Windows and macOS?
Both. On Windows run install.bat; on macOS copy the jar into “~/MotiveWave Extensions” (remove old versions first).
What if the study installs but nothing renders?
Make sure old jars are removed, MotiveWave is fully restarted, and browser authorization is complete. We ship version-matched packages for different MotiveWave releases — download the one for your version.
