Live Flow (Flow Pulse)
Live Flow is a free window that combines call/put option flow, unusual activity and a strike×expiry GEX heatmap into a one-screen sentiment pulse, helping any user quickly sense which direction and which expiry money is rushing into. Available once you log in.
Live Flow (Flow Pulse) combines call/put option flow, unusual activity and a strike×expiry GEX heatmap into a one-screen "sentiment pulse", so you can quickly sense which direction and which expiry money is rushing into. It is a free window, usable once you log in — the first stop for new users to get to know dealer flow.
Open it in the Options Desk via + New Window → Live Combat → Live Flow. (It replaces the earlier "Flow Matrix"; old layouts migrate automatically.)
Who it is for
Every persona, especially free/new users. You don't need to read every number — first use Live Flow to build the intuition of "is buying or selling dominant today, and which expiry is it concentrated in", then drill into the GEX Data Center or Option Chain.
Panel walkthrough
Call / Put flow
Directional bars show the current Call vs Put flow and its strength, for a quick read of bullish/bearish sentiment bias.
Unusual activity (UOA)
Flags contracts with significantly amplified volume. For systematic screening and filtering, use the UOA Scanner (Pro).
Strike × expiry GEX heatmap
A heat grid shows GEX concentration across strikes and expiries, so you can see at a glance which cell money is piled into.
How to read it
Strong Call flow + upper strikes brightening → upside bets heating up, watch Call Wall resistance. Strong Put flow + lower brightening → defense/bearishness heating up, watch Put Wall support. Heat concentrated in 0DTE → sentiment is intraday-speculative, prone to whipsaw into the close.
Typical workflow
- Open Live Flow at the open to sense the bull/bear balance and the hot expiry.
- When you spot a directional anomaly, switch to the GEX Data Center to verify that strike's precise thickness.
- To systematically find unusual contracts, upgrade and use the UOA Scanner.
Live Flow is a live-only window: it freezes in replay mode and does not participate in historical replay.

Frequently asked questions
Does Live Flow require payment?
No. Live Flow is a free window, usable in the Options Desk once you log in.
How is Live Flow different from the GEX Data Center?
Live Flow leans toward the "sentiment pulse" — call/put flow direction and a heatmap; the GEX Data Center leans toward "precise values" — per-strike GEX and ladder comparison. The former senses direction, the latter verifies structure.
Can Live Flow replay?
No. Live Flow is a live-only window and shows a frozen overlay when you enter replay mode.
Market State & Scan
Market State uses 8 regime cards and a cross-asset scan table to show IV, IV Rank, net GEX, CVR and automatic regime classification for ES/NQ/SPY/QQQ/VIX/GLD/BTC/ETH on one screen — the overview window for setting the open's tone and sweeping for opportunities. Requires Pro.
UOA Scanner (Unusual Options Activity)
The UOA Scanner refreshes about every 60 seconds and surfaces unusual option contracts whose volume significantly exceeds open interest, helping US equity and ETF options traders spot tickers and strikes where new money is betting first. Requires Pro.
